A month after moving out, I get a bill in the mail telling me that I owed them couple of hundred dollars, this included washing the mirror (who the hell washes a mirror that is already clean) and charging me for crappy things that I had never gotten them to take care of. I didn't pay so they transfer me to this ghetto debt collection agency in Atlanta, I received few calls from them and each time I asked them to justify it, they hung up on me and threatened me to have put all of that on my credit history.
I have made some not so wise decisions in my time here in Athens, but Lakeside was the worst. So do yourself a favor and do not even think about living at Lakeside Apartments in Athens, Ga, by far the worst people and apartments in Georgia.
Crappy as it gets.
Word of Advice: Live on the streets if you have to.
